CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a HR Strategy & Planning Manager to:
Develop and implement the HR strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy;
Provide input and feedback on the business strategy and its HR implications, ensuring alignment.
Collaborate with key business leaders to understand business objectives, business priority and operational needs.
Closely work with HR Operation to understand existing process for providing input on the efficiency and effectiveness of existing HR operations, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Translate Business Goals into HR Objectives: for each key business goal, define specific HR objectives that will contribute to its achievement.
Evaluate existing HR systems (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems) and their effectiveness.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and provide insights for decision-making.
Develop mid and long-term HR strategies together with planning a short-term HR initiative.
Organize and lead HR projects and monitor its progress and KPIs setting.
Control the budget of the HR function within organization.
Analyze HR data and market trends to develop and refine an effective HR strategy, proactively address challenges, and seize opportunities.
Work closely with Finance and Business units to define dimensions to count headcount/ FTE and to combine headcount/ FTE data with finance and business performance data to analyze productivity and efficiencies.
Analyze people resources in the company and develop mid and short-term resource planning that will support and organizational growth using staffing planning principles.
Partner with Learning functional partners to create and deliver development experiences to help closing the gaps between current and future skill sets.
Perform other assignments delegated by the CPO.
Yearly labor cost forecast & analysis.
Follow up monthly cost usage comparing with yearly budget.
Monthly reports of labor cost analysis based on the actual figures.
Risk management analysis and prevention monthly.
Meeting with team for sharing HR planning periodically.
KPIs, goals setting within HR function.
Involve to HR budget planning yearly for whole organization.
Others reports, data consolidation..
Job Requirement
Ability to align HR strategies with company goals, HR goals anticipating future needs and trends.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop and develop HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success.
Ability to lead, plan and manage change.
Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and data to make decisions.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources related field/ possess experiences field of FMCG, MMC are plus.
University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
