1. Team Management
• Supervise and lead work of team members, ensure smooth operation of C&B system.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and support to team members, fostering performance excellence.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
2. Regulation Update and Revision
• Stay update with industry trends, best practices and government requirements related to C&B areas.
• Review, update and revise existing C&B policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with government regulation and alignment with company practice.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement changes and ensure smooth execution of C&B programs.
3. Report Generation & Data Management
• Prepare, review all kinds of reports to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate.
• Keep track and maintain HR database for all employee records (for all newcomers/ transferring/ new appointments/ information changes, etc.)
4. Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
• Proactively identify areas for enhancement in C&B function, considering factors such as market competitiveness, employee satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and propose innovative ideas and solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize the effectiveness of C&B programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved policies; monitor progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Participate in HR projects from time to time those is relevant to the areas in charge.
5. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, BA or related fields
• Solid experience in C&B, in which at least 2 years in Supervisory position and more than 2 years in HR at FDI manufacturing company.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law, PIT, Insurance, ect. related to C&B areas.
• Good English (equivalent to TOEIC 700+)
• Good coaching and motivation skills as well as communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Be active, strong spirit of independence and initiative.
