Assist to monitor HR processes, employees’ labor contracts and employees’ personnel database
Closely work with Line Managers and HR management team to effectively facilitate development plans for people and to ensure Performance Development Review process (PDR, Mid-year review and year-end review) done properly and on time
Manage all promotions for workers during fiscal year in consultation with relevant production managers/ supervisors following company assessment process, to ensure reflection of competences and performance
Coordinate with relevant Line Managers and C&B Manager to ensure annual salary revisions are aligned within employees’ new roles and reflection of competences and performance
Prepare appendix of labor contract and follow up signing process
In charge to prepare, update and collect department organizational chart from other departments
Coordinate with payroll team for a smooth and on-time monthly payroll payment
Identifies/monitor legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources function. Ensure HR practices are in compliance with legislative requirement
Prepare, update and collect some HR reports
Follow up Expat’s documents, follow up transfer/promotion
Prepare other documents: confirmation letter, overseas business decision
Support HR activities other plants smooth running
Develop HR policies and procedure to support business and monitor the disciplinary process
Other tasks assigned by C&B Manager from time to time
Job Requirement
University or college graduated. Major in: Business Administration,Accounting/ Economics...
Can communication in English
Computer Microsoft office skill: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are compulsory required
At least 3-4 years of working experience in similar position
