High frequency of interaction: Group HR& Admin, MIL Operation Team, TTI Group & MIL Cross Functions locally & abroad
Responsibilities:
Build good work relationship with business departments, familiar with business needs. Conducts regular communication/meetings with respective business units.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with Group HR & Admin to dig out root cause and support for business decision making.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.,).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Proactively provides HR/Admin policy guidance and interpretation to employees in need.
Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR/Admin matters.
Work with recruitment team on DL/IDL and staff vacancies ensuring suitable talents are brought into the business and with good experience.
Participates in soft skill/leadership trainings and talent development programs to build up healthier and solid talent pipelines.
Manages and resolves employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Performs other ad hoc & related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Proficient English skills: verbal & written.
At least 8 years’ HR working experience in manufacturing industry.
Data sensitive and skillful to utilize data for problem solving.
