Job brief:
We are looking for a professional HR Specialist in the Ha Noi area. You will perform all the functions of a HR for the Company's new project, especially talent recruitment in the Retail and F&B industry. Your responsibility is not separate from the HR department of the Head office in HCM City.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Policies and procedure:
· Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
· Ensure employment law, HR policy, best practices and workforce development are applied.
· Carry out necessary administrative duties & Nurture a positive working environment
· Develop and implement HR strageties and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as required for project.
· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics..
2. Recruitment:
· Establish standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures as suggested and directed by Head office
· Ensure an appropriate level of human resourcing to meet the existing and anticipated business needs of project
· Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
· Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting channel for the employer
· Maintain employee database, currently in Human Resource Management System.
3. Compensation & Benefit
· Support Head office manage and monitor C&B related issues in Ha Noi
· Coordinate with the Head office to manage all compensation-related issues, including timesheets, social insurance and other requirements with relevant authorities mandarin.insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities.
4. Training
· Orientation training for new employees
· Organize and supervise product training programs periodically and as they arise.
5. Perform other duties as requested by the Manager.
