Take responsibilities for HRBP performance aligning with Business strategies, internal regulations, labor law.
Advisee to Dept. Manager/ Function Head for HR areas related.
Support to Business Partner as business purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Be in charge of HR performance including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
Control HR budget: HR budget planning and managing the allocation of HR budgets; Yearly Headcount Plan & controlling.
Coordinate with HR teams for promoting activities of company’s branding, working culture development, organizing activities to motivate working spirits for employees.
Identify staffing needs for job descriptions and handbooks updates as required.
Be responsible for monthly PIT, yearly PIT declaration.
Be responsible for monthly HR Report, HR Index Analysis
Be a contact point for cases of government agencies needed: Vung Tau Labor Dept, VT Insurance Dept, Trade Union, Firefighting & Prevention…
Handle and resolve challenging issues relating to employee relations.
Evaluate HR’s performance (PMDS), coordinate with partners for PMDS guides, process, timeline…
Job Requirement
Education: Graduated from University/ College major related to Food Technology.
Experience:
Understand regulations on labor law, PIT, Insurance, Disciplines, …
Excellent understanding of HR practices, HR statistical reports
Experienced in working with Auditors for HR areas
At least 5-year experience in related fields
Soft Skills:
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Good Microsoft Office skills
Team group working skill
Skill to solve problems independently
Positive working attitude, accepting to learn from criticism
