- Safety and risk management guidelines to develop and ensure implementation of overall company policies, HSE plans and procedures for each manufacturing and non-manufacturing sector in line with the general company policies and procedures and compliance with relevant legal requirements;
- Responsible for maintaining and explaining the current status of the safety-health-environment management system according to ISO standards.
- Collaborate with departments to implement improvement activities to prevent hazards and risks and continuously monitor, establish regulations to ensure compliance and commit to overall HSE policy.
- Ensure completion of annual HSE compliance programs, regulatory periodic risk/hazard assessments and annual HSE system.
- Participate in the company's improvement programs / 5S activities to continue to improve the operating process of the HSE management system.
- Develop an annual training plan based on training needs and coordinate with relevant departments to implement the HSE plan.
- Training on safety (fire protection, environment, health and occupational disease, training on OHS in 6 groups, ..) and planning to improve HSE knowledge for the whole factory.
- Make in-depth reports on occupational safety and health, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental reports (Environmental impact assessment/Environmental protection report, Fire Fighting Cert., etc.).
- Internal audit and External audits - Ensure compliance of the plant-wide HSE system for proof of conformity and compliance with company policy/statutory.
- Plan to organize monthly inspection and assessment sessions of facilities, coordinate with local medical to organize annual health check-ups for employees, supervise subordinate staffs in encouraging and monitoring workers who need to be fully equipped with labor protection equipment.
- Disseminate policies, regimes, standards and regulations on HSE to all levels and employees;
- Coordinate with Human resources department, technical department and SHE department to identify training needs associated with the environmental aspects, the occupational health and safety hazards and environment system. Take action to meet these needs and arrange for retention of associated records.
· Graduated university or higher with Occupational Safety and Health Major, environment, or Equivalent with additional experiences in HSE management system.
· Have safety certifications or ISO 14001:2015 or OHSAS 18000 or ISO 45001:2018, SA 8000
- Have more 5 years working experience in relevant position, has handled minimum ~500 + people and a team of 3 to 4 HSE members.
- Good knowledge of HSE management system and relevant local legislation.
· Fluent English communication.
· Logical thinking and system planning ability
