Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HSE management.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certification in occupational safety and health is a plus.
