Job Description

Duties will include but are not limited to following responsibilities Nhiệm vụ bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn những trách nhiệm sau

1. To plan, organize and supervise the implementation of all measures that is needed to maintain the order and security in the whole factory and ensure the safety of employees, guests and visitors, properties and assets of company.

Hoạch định, tổ chức và giám sát việc thực hiện tất cả các biện pháp cần thiết để đảm bảo an toàn cho nhân viên, khách và tài sản của công ty.

2. To organize and conduct monthly overall audit on facilities (premises and buildings, storea and warehouse, walls and fences, gates and doors, paths and exits, equipments and machines, fire alarms and fire fighting equipments, camera and CCTV system, locks and seals …) Some areas where there is high risk of security, fire and safety such as foundries, warehouses, chemical stores … must be inspected in strict and random on a weekly basis Tổ chức và tiến hành kiểm tra định kỳ hàng tháng toàn bộ cơ sở vật chất (nhà xưởng, kho tàng, tường rào, cổng cửa ra vào, các lối đi và lối thoát hiểm, máy móc thiết bị, hệ thống báo cháy và chữa cháy, hệ thống camera giám sát an ninh, khóa và niêm phong …) Một vài khu vực có nguy cơ cao về an ninh, cháy nổ và an toàn như xưởng đồng, kho tàng, kho hóa chất … phải được kiểm tra nghiêm ngặt và ngẫu nhiên hàng tuần.

3. To identify risks of security, fire and safety and suggest preventative/corrective actions accordingly. To follow up and ensure that all approved action plan are implemented properly.

Nhận diện các nguy cơ về an ninh, hỏa hoạn, an toàn và đề nghị các giải pháp khắc phục/ phòng ngừa thích hợp. Theo dõi và đảm bảo rằng tất cả các giải pháp được duyệt đều được thực hiện đầy đủ.

4. To organize regularly patrol of all areas in factory on the daily basis and make a daily report on any violation to company regulations regarding to security and safety. To bring immediately any related problem to concerned head of department’s attention.. Tổ chức tuần tra an ninh thường xuyên và hàng ngày tất cả các khu vực trong nhà máy và báo cáo hàng ngày các trường hợp vi phạm nội quy về an ninh và an toàn nếu có. Thông báo ngay lập tức các vấn đề liên quan đến các Trưởng bộ phận liên quan.

5. To organize sealing in restricted areas to prevent illegal intrusions.

Tổ chức niêm phong tại các khu vực giới hạn nhằm ngăn ngừa đột nhập trái phép.

6. To organize and supervise daily operation of camera and CCTV system and ensure that all security problems happening in factory will be found out at the soonest and recorded properly and visibly.

Tổ chức và giám sát hoạt động hàng ngày của hệ thống camera giám sát an ninh và đảm bảo rằng tất cả những vấn đề về an ninh xảy ra trong nhà máy đều được phát hiện trong thời gian sớm nhất và ghi hình lại đầy đủ và rõ ràng.

7. To initiate, conduct and report on investigations in the event of labor accident or security problem such as thefts, fighting, subortage, property loss and unlawful activities. To collect and provide related information and evidence for authorities if requested.

Khởi sự, tiến hành và báo cáo các hoạt động điều tra trong trường hợp xảy ra tai nạn lao động hoặc sự cố an ninh như trộm cắp, đánh nhau, phá hoại, thất thoát tài sản và những hành vi bất chính khác. Thu thập và cung cấp thông tin và chứng cứ liên quan cho các cơ quan chức năng khi được yêu cầu.

8. To organize and conduct fire fighting and evacuation drills for every six months.

Tổ chức và tiến hành diễn tập chữa cháy và sơ tán khẩn cấp định kỳ vào mỗi sáu tháng.

9. To prepare Job descriptions and set out Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) for all positions in team. To select, train, manage and motivate staffs in security team, safety inspection team, fire fighting team to ensure the high level of performance and positive behavior and attitude of the team. To work as internal trainer on safety and security when needed. Soạn thảo các bản mô tả công việc và xây dựng các tiêu chí đánh giá công việc cho tất cả các vị trí công việc trong bộ phận. Tuyển chọn, đào tạo, quản lý nhân viên và đảm bảo rằng tất cả nhân viên đều làm việc với hiệu quả cao nhất và thái độ tích cực nhất. Tiến hành các hoạt động đào tạo như một nhân viên đào tạo nội bộ về an ninh và an toàn.

10. To be able to work with all managers and supervisors to resolve all related issues quickly, effectively and diplomatically.

Có khả năng làm việc với các quản lý để giải quyết những vấn đề liên quan một cách nhanh chóng, hiệu quả và khéo léo.

11. To supervise and ensure that all security and safety related regulations, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, references and forms are being implemented correctly and followed strictly. To review and suggest changes or improvements at any where or when needed.

Giám sát việc thực hiện các qui định, thủ tục, hướng dẫn công việc, tài liệu tham chiếu, các biểu mẫu liên quan … được thực hiện đúng và tuân thủ một cách nghiêm túc. Xem xét và đề xuất thay đổi hoặc hoàn thiện trong trường hợp cần thiết.

12. To organize the filing system to keep all related records and documents in tidy and order. Tổ chức hệ thống lưu trữ các hồ sơ tài liệu liên quan theo trật tự và ngăn nắp.

13. To prepare all needed reports that shows a real picture about security and safety in factory and in that SWOT analysis report is also recommended. To report in verbal that is needed in case of emergency or problem.

Thực hiện tất cả các báo cáo cần thiết thể hiện thực trạng tình hình an ninh trật tự và an toàn trong nhà máy trong đó báo cáo phân tích SWOT cũng là một yêu cầu. Báo cáo trực tiếp bằng lời là cần thiết trong trường hợp xảy ra sự cố hoặc khẩn cấp.

14. To implement other tasks assigned by CEO.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Tổng Giám đốc.

Job Requirement

1. Male. Age: 30 – 45. Nationality:

Vietnamese  Nam. Tuổi từ 30 đến 45. Quốc tịch Việt nam.

2. Senior high school graduate. Professionally trained about security and safety. Certificate in First Aid and Fire Fighting. Basic knowledge and understanding about safety regulations and criminal laws.  

Tốt nghiệp phổ thông trung học. Đã được đào tạo bài bản về an ninh và an toàn. Có chứng chỉ về nghiệp vụ sơ cấp cứu và chữa cháy. Hiểu biết cơ bản về các quy định an toàn và luật hình sự.

3. At least 02 year experience in the same position ìn furniture manufacturing industry. Experienced in supervising security and safety in manufacturing factories with 1.000 employees or more is preferred.

Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự tại nhà máy sản xuất nội thất. Kinh nghiệm giám sát an ninh và an toàn trong các nhà máy có từ 1.000 công nhân trở lên là một lợi thế.

4. Able to communicate with foreigners in English. 

Có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh trực tiếp với người nước ngoài.

5. Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point và Outlook)

6. Have a good training and problem solving skill. 

Có kỹ năng huấn luyện và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

7. Natural leadership, teamwork, organized, communication and interpersonal skill. Professional, hard working, mature and above all honest.
