Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. This role is crucial in developing and executing HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
Manage performance management systems, including employee evaluations and career development initiatives.
Address and resolve HR-related issues while maintaining compliance with local labor laws.
Administer compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
Respond to external agency documentation and ensure accurate legal and insurance management.
Organize major internal events, maintain office schedules, and oversee administrative tasks.
Supervise asset inspections and office supply management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sociology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (business-level fluency required).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide HR and administrative teams.
In-depth understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management, and HR software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic-thinking abilities.
