Keep updated with the latest trends in technology, leveraging this understanding to promote innovation and boost productivity within HR operations. Formulate and modify HR policies and procedures to align with the evolving technological context.
Promote a positive work environment that encourages continuous innovation and learning, with a focus on advancing the technological skills of the employee.
Evaluate organizational training needs, deploying and supervising training initiatives that effectively cater to both present and future requirements of the organization.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
Job Requirement
· Possession of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or other related fields of study.
· Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with at least 1 - 2 years in a team leader role. Candidates with experience working in technology startups are preferred.
· Experience in digital transformation in HR and implementing HR technology systems.
· Knowledge of current technology trends and their application in HR.
· Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
· Strong command over the legislation related to Labor, Personal Income Tax, and Insurance.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technologically driven environment.
