The HR Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all human resources activities at COBI HOME Long Hậu factory. The role focuses strongly on mass recruitment of production workers, factory workforce management, labor compliance, and ensuring a stable workforce to support bakery production operations.
HR Planning & Strateg:
Develop short-term and long-term HR plans in line with production plans.
Establish and manage the factory organizational structure (production workers, team leaders, shift leaders, and office staff).
Advise Management on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and labor relations.
Recruitment & Workforce Allocation (Key Focus):
Develop and implement mass recruitment plans for production workers based on production demand.
Coordinate with local recruitment channels, job centers, and industrial park resources.
Manage the full recruitment process: job posting, interviews, onboarding, labor contracts, and probation.
Arrange and allocate manpower according to production shifts and schedules.
Manage Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and statutory benefits.
Employee Relations & Factory Discipline:
Develop and implement Internal Labor Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements.
Handle employee complaints, labor disputes, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
Act as a liaison with labor authorities, industrial park management, and labor unions (if any).
Training & Development:
Organize orientation programs for new workers.
Coordinate training on occupational safety, food safety & hygiene, and 5S.
Develop and train production team leaders and shift supervisors.
Labor Law Compliance & Factory Inspections:
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and regulations applicable to food manufacturing factories.
Prepare documentation and support labor inspections and audits.
HR & Administrative Operations:
Manage HR-related administrative activities for employees.
Develop, update, and standardize HR policies, procedures, and forms.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Mandatory experience in mass recruitment of production workers.
Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing, food processing, bakery, or F&B factories.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices.
Excellent people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under high pressure in a factory environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Language: English (or Korean) Advantage
SALARY: NEGOTIATE (from 37.000.000 gross)
