The NextGen management program aims to develop our management team. You will be challenged daily and achieve things you never thought possible. The program allows you to experience rotational placements across various business areas, including HR, IE (Industrial Engineering), Technical, Planning, Production, QA (Quality Assurance), and Kaizen samples.

Set up an interactive and dynamic training program for NextGen management which allows you to experience rotational placements across various business areas, including HR, IE (Industrial Engineering), Technical, Planning, Production, QA (Quality Assurance), and Kaizen, and Sample Room.

Job Requirement

•       We are looking for people who enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic, and exciting environment

•       Graduated with a GPA of 7.0/10 or higher from the University in:

•       Manufacturing Engineering

•       Industrial Systems Engineering

•       Textile and Garment Engineering

•       Automation

•       Other relevant engineering fields)

•       Less than 2 years of professional experience.

•       Demonstrated potential leadership traits, professional and team spirit
