As we expand our production activities, we're seeking a talented and experienced Import-Export Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you'll ensure the smooth flow of goods across borders while exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire import-export process, guaranteeing adherence to customs regulations and customer requirements.
Train and evaluate your staff, fostering a team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve all import-export challenges related to documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.

Effectively handle contracts, annexes, and liquidation processes.
Possess the authority to sign shipping documents within designated limits.
: Drive achievement of KPIs, maintain C-TPAT compliance and integrate ISO standards within your team.
Continuously evaluate and optimize import-export processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Stay current on new regulations, circulars, and international trade decrees.
Guide and educate shipping staff on evolving import-export regulations.
: Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a shipping manager role or similar position within a large organization.
Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese, with strong English proficiency a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and written presentation skills.
Proficiency in office software applications.
In-depth understanding of import-export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
