Job Description
Create & update PO/SO & other documents to customers for all Import & Export
Working with related parties / Sections to ensure OVFP/OIL system matching with Global system to avoid Interco issues
Coordinate with Shipment team to ensure invoicing daily/weekly/monthly
Track the progress and Reports weekly/monthly (SOP / POP / Stock Balance Report)
Solve arising problems with suppliers, customers to ensure PO/SO
Following and release SI for orders if needed
Required SAP experience
Job Requirement
Bachelor of Logistic, import export, international trading,.... and related fields
Well understanding Logistics Process & Incoterms (2000/2010/2020)
Good oral and written English communication skills
Highly motivated and customer service oriented
Good Organization skills
Ensure with compliance with Global regulations, standards, and rules set by Global Trade and customs, as well as internal regulation.
