To support analyze INJECTION MOLDING production data of quality and productivity using statistical and analytical tools and methods to recommend improvement plan (focus on First Pass Yield, Process downtime)./ Phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất liên quan đến chất lượng và năng suất ÉP NHỰA, sử dụng các công cụ và phương pháp thống kê để đề xuất kế hoạch cải tiến (tập trung vào First Pass Yield, thời gian dừng máy).
Lead and coordinate INJECTION MOLDING improvement/ Kaizen, recommends methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and workspace and reducing waste of materials and utilities./ Dẫn dắt và phối hợp các hoạt động cải tiến ÉP NHỰA/Kaizen, đề xuất phương pháp nâng cao hiệu suất sử dụng nhân lực, nguyên vật liệu, không gian làm việc và giảm lãng phí nguyên vật liệu, năng lượng.
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations and analysis to determine INJECTION MOLDING manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards./ Ứng dụng các phương pháp thống kê, thực hiện tính toán và phân tích để xác định quy trình sản xuất ÉP NHỰA, yêu cầu nhân sự và tiêu chuẩn sản xuất.
Investigate and analyze root cause analysis for INJECTION MOLDING quality issues and take corrective action & preventive actions./ Điều tra, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các vấn đề chất lượng ÉP NHỰA và thực hiện hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa.
Coordinate INJECTION MOLDING quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost./ Phối hợp các mục tiêu và hoạt động kiểm soát chất lượng ÉP NHỰA nhằm giải quyết vấn đề sản xuất, tối đa hóa độ tin cậy của sản phẩm và tối thiểu hóa chi phí.
Support to monitor quality data and taking corrective action to improve or correct the operations./ Theo dõi dữ liệu chất lượng và thực hiện các hành động điều chỉnh để cải tiến hoặc sửa chữa hoạt động sản xuất.
Control INJECTION MOLDING control plan, PFMEA, process follow chart to coordinate and lead the team to build and maintain./ Kiểm soát kế hoạch kiểm soát ÉP NHỰA, PFMEA, sơ đồ quy trình sản xuất, đồng thời phối hợp và dẫn dắt nhóm trong việc xây dựng và duy trì các tài liệu này.
Support to generate and maintain relevant INJECTION MOLDING document to meet production requirement./ Hỗ trợ tạo và duy trì các tài liệu liên quan đến ÉP NHỰA nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu sản xuất.
Manage cycle time for INJECTION MOLDING process & do the line balancing to improve the efficient INJECTION MOLDING manufacturing processes./ Quản lý thời gian chu kỳ của quy trình ÉP NHỰA, thực hiện cân bằng dây chuyền để cải thiện hiệu suất sản xuất.
Support INJECTION MOLDING team for internal quality audit and customer audit./ Hỗ trợ nhóm ÉP NHỰA trong các cuộc đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ và kiểm toán khách hàng.
Job Requirement
Graduated in Automation, Electronics, Mechanics, or Industrial Management.
At least 02 years of experience in the production field.
Strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
Proficient in MS Office and document control.
Fluent in reading, listening, writing, and speaking English.
