Job Description

Transferring product / processes to operation

Define quality risk which can happened in production

Supply accurate routine time for production cost validation

Estimate capacity of production

Making critical work instruction and training to others

Engineering new tools/ jig management

Tech pack validation/ management

Research and deploy new process/ technology

Coordinate layout and workstation move activities

Monitor and continuously improve daily quality/efficiency performance

Capex Draft

Transferring product / processes to suppliers

Work with sourcing & quality team to develop right supplier/ supplier selection

Job Requirement

• Education & Major: Industrial management bachelor
• License & Certificate: Lean
• English level: Intermediate
• Computer skill and/or software: Microsoft office, Auto cad, inventor (Advantage)
• Leadership skills
• Furniture manufacturing process
• No. of years general work experience: 2- 5 years as Industrial engineer
• Furniture overall process management (Workflow, balancing production, workstation,…)
• Furniture process technical know-how (White wood, Finishing, Packing,…)
• Lean manufacturing concept
