INJECTION MOLDING SUPERVISOR

Job Description

‣ Handle technical issues at the plastic injection molding
‣ Set ​​up plastic injection molding machine production parameters for new products.
‣ Adjust machine data parameters to ensure product quality.
‣ Coordinate with departments to handle errors; fix problems while using the injection molding machine. Contact the maintenance team to handle it together.
‣ Improve plastic injection molding quality, propose measures to improve performance and reduce plastic injection molding costs.
‣ Develop monthly maintenance plans for molds and plastic injection machines.
‣ Monitor and direct work arrangements for machine operators.
‣ Develop work instructions and forms for the plastic injection molding department according to ISO 9001/13485 requirements
‣ Control quality targets for plastic injection parts

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical , Electrical
• Language ：English 
• Have knowledge of molding 
• Have reporting skill
• ISO system
• Autocard, Solid work
