- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective customers (administratively)
- Conduct market research on targeted customers
- Report findings in standardized format
- Provide timely, accurate and consistent reports on findings to US team
- Develop, acquire and mature new customer businesses for ALS
- Proactive communication with customers and ALS teams to develop professional relationships
- Establish and maintain a high quality prospect list including contact details, events, pain points, etc.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop action plans to meet the needs of the company and its customers
- Develop and maintain professional sales presentations (.ppt, .pdf, etc.) for prospective customers and make recommendations based on customer feedback to improve value propositions
- Maintain excellent written communication with prospective customers
- Support ALS team in reporting on various initiatives, performance goals related to sales, prospecting, profitability, etc.
- Demonstrate the company’s core and growth values in performance of all job functions
Job Requirement
- High degree (Bachelor Degree) of professionalism related to Sales, Business Administration or related field, since this is a customer-facing role
- Excellent written communication skills (in English); good spoken English a plus
- General understanding of Logistics sales activities. and particularly in Email Marketing.
- Ability to put together tasteful reports, presentations and brochures
- Maintain project plans, tasks lists, timelines
- Analytical abilities
- Maintain confidentiality
- Handle sales initiatives on multiple fronts (multi-tasking)
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
