Overview
The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead 360° communication strategies across digital, branding, PR, and offline channels to ensure consistent brand presence in the healthcare/pharma segment.
Responsibilities
Develop IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) strategy for campaigns and brand initiatives.
Manage multi-channel communication: Digital, Social, PR, Branding, Events, and Activation.
Ensure message consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Oversee creative direction, content framework, and campaign assets.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
Track performance metrics for each channel and optimize overall campaign effectiveness.
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years handling integrated campaigns.
Strong understanding of brand communication frameworks.
Experience working with creative agencies and production teams.
Excellent project management and timeline control.
Advantageous if experienced in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or service businesses.
