Responsible for design management for Interior Design, Art Works, Signage and Environmental Graphic Design (EGD);
Advise superior management about the above scopes in terms of professional and management aspects.
Provide in-house interior design for the company's villa to hotel interior design projects;
Manage and control the quality and timeline of relative consultants.
Coordinate and collaborate with other project consultants to make sure all design disciplines are well coordinated and consolidated.
Make sure the interior design fits within the budget;
Provide a thorough review of plans, inspect the site, and prepare reports for findings;
Responsible for technical coordination during planning and construction;
Choose the right materials for the project.

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture;
Minimum 10 years of experience;
Experience in both design and project management;
Experience in consultant management;
Experience in the hospitality design and in working with international operators is an advantage
Proven innovative platform;
Team work spirit
Good knowledge of material/hi-end furniture suppliers in Asia;
Strong taste in luxury, timeless and cost-effective interior design;
High creativeness with good presentation skills;
Experience in dealing with consulting units;
English fluency in working is a must
