Job Description
1. Internal and External Accountant:
- Monitor and verify the validity and accuracy of all vouchers and invoices.
- Circulate documents according to the established procedures.
- Account for internal vouchers and invoices.
- Archive and secure the confidentiality of company documents.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as required
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing accounts, tax returns and tax obligations
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Auditing and analysing financial performance
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
2. Administrative Assistant:
- Follow up and perform office-related tasks.
- Answer phone calls, faxes, and manage incoming and outgoing official documents.
- Manage files, official documents, and contracts for the supply of goods and services.
- Draft administrative forms and documents as instructed by superiors.
- Manage and equip office supplies and equipment for the company.
- Plan, monitor, and maintain electronic equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.) and manage company assets.
- Perform other office-related tasks as instructed by superiors.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensure accounting processes are delivering intended outcomes
• Report to Top Management on the performance of the financial situation of the company
• Ensure the office is maintained, responsible for repairing and controlling cleaning
• Responsible for recording all accountings correctly and for presenting all accounting docs and numbers correctly on time to the government.
• Administrative work to ensure that the company follows Vietnamese law.
• Storing documents.
• Making monthly Budget estimate, follow up daily expenses and make monthly expense report.
• Follow up personnel work, working days, annual leaves, employee sick leave.
• Prepare monthly salary report.
• Discuss with employees any change related to salary or bonus with each employee depending on company decisión or depending on performance of each employee.
• Prepare documents for hiring or dismissing employees according Vietnamese law, following CEO instructions.
• Communicate improvement letters to the employees following CEO and OFFICE MANAGERs notification.
• Announce new job positions when needed.
Job Requirement
English CV required
• Conversational and written English proficiency and fluent
• University degree or equivalent in accounting bachelor
• Prior experience in administrative, office, and accounting position at least 5 years
• Fast-paced, honest, responsible, proactive, and self-motivated work style with good communication skills.
• Proficient in office software, time management, and communication skills.
