Liaise internally to optimize quality of service, business growth and customers satisfaction.
Assess the new business performance within respective markets then provide feedback to improve and enhance business effectiveness.
Coordinate with Finance, R&D, Supply chain & Marketing team properly Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Manage team budgets and expenses effectively within the assigned customers and markets.
Always representing the company in a professional manner with customers & stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders by using key account metrics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers or internally and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
