Job Description

Key duty and responsibility: Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Execution Excellence

  • Coordinate sales team by managing production schedules, filing OPN on system and communicating relevant information among departments.
  • Manage delivery schedules strictly, including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes.
  • Ensuring all production inquires are correct, request shipping approval strictly & timely under customer’s delivery deadlines.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly report, catch up delivery and production schedule for the whole IB markets.

Working conditions:

  • Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
  • Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday).

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/economics.
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Ability to multitask.
