JOB IN SUMMARY
The International Sales (Key Account) Manager will focus on industrial B2B Sales to the Việt Nam & Southeast Asia Spices industry. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales quotas, and identify new business opportunities to achieve annual sales targets for the Việt Nam & Southeast Asia spices market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjust pricing strategies, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market conditions.
Collaborate with other departments to expand the spice product portfolio, identify customer needs, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
Perform tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirement
University graduate (or higher) is required
Excellence in English (4 skills) is required
At least 5 years (or more) experience in Sales or Export, Agriculture product – B2B or B2C multinational businesses is preferred.
