Issue invoices and receipts
Check and reply emails, telephone from customers related to invoices
Take care Credit customers for payment on time
Claim customers for Exchange Rate diffirence, late payment (if any)
Update bank receipt report daily
Update oustanding report weekly
Issue cash receipt and payment vouchers
Update cash book and bank transaction report daily
Handling, closely with other departments, any matter related to payments and collections;
Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by AccountIssue invoices and receipts

University/ College degree in accounting or banking field; - 
Good command of both speaking and writing English is advantage;
Be Proficient in office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, etc;
Organizing, job analysis, problem solving possible;
Careful, dynamic and ability to hard-working under pressure environment.
