Job Description

Our client is a manufacturing and trading company in pharmaceuticals, medical materials, machinery, equipment, tools, medical supplies. They are seeking Vietnamese talent for the position of IT Manager:

Information Technology Strategy:

  • Develop and implement an information technology strategy that aligns with the company's business production strategy, including subsidiary units.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
    IT Infrastructure and Operations:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including network infrastructure, server systems, and data centers.
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of all IT systems and applications, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise the management of the company's IT equipment and subsidiary units.
    Information Security and Risk Management:
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company’s information assets.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address security vulnerabilities and potential threats.
  • Stay updated on new information security trends and proactively apply information safety measures to protect the entire IT system.
    Innovation and Digital Transformation:
  • Promote the development and application of innovative digital solutions to optimize operational activities, contributing to enhanced business efficiency.
  • Continuously improve the IT department, encouraging creativity and collaboration.
  • Lead in evaluating and selecting technologies to support the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage the implementation of IT solutions.
    Leadership and Team Management:
  • Set performance criteria, delegate tasks, and evaluate the work of IT department members.
  • Lead the IT department, inspire, and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
  • Build, develop, and train the IT team, encourage talent development, and foster a culture of learning and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure coordination and collaboration across departments.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Ability to quickly update with new technology information.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and honest attitude in work; Responsible, confident, decisive, able to work under high pressure.
  • Leadership ability, good communication, and effective job coordination.
  • Strategic thinking about Information Technology; Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Operations.
  • Experience in the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) or equivalent.
  • Experience in budget management and/or financial analysis in evaluating the effectiveness of IT operations.
