Job Description

Design, install, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Implement and manage security systems to protect data and systems.
Respond to IT requests and provide technical support to employees.
Train staff on new hardware, software, and system updates.
Maintain and update system documentation, logs, and manuals.
Perform disaster recovery operations and ensure business continuity.
Escalate and track unresolved issues, providing regular updates to management.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement solutions.
Understanding of database and network security systems.
Proficiency in English, especially in speaking and writing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to train and manage teams.
Experience managing 2-3 employees is a plus.
