1. Technical Support & Help Desk Operations
- Provide first-line technical support to users on hardware, software, and network-related issues (PCs, printers, email, VPN, etc.).
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment for office use.
- Manage IT inventory including devices, licenses, user accounts, and peripheral equipment.
2. System Administration & Security Compliance
- Administer user accounts and access permissions (email, file server, ERP, etc.).
- Support implementation of internal security controls (EDR, backups, VPN, etc.).
- Assist in periodic maintenance and monitor antivirus, security logs.
3. ERP & Software Support
- Support daily ERP operations (Mankichi, or other internal systems).
- Provide user guidance and basic training on IT tools and systems.
- Troubleshoot ERP login/access issues and support simple data entry problems.
4. Documentation & Audit Support
- Maintain IT asset handover records and tracking sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of IT reports and documents for internal/external audits.
- Help update the IT Risk Assessment report and follow up on corrective actions.
Any others tasks as assigned by Department Manager.
- College or University degree in IT or related fields.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk / IT support role.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office 365, networking basics.
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
- Able to start immediately is an advantage.
