Job Description

Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns
Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk.
Identify and mitigate tax risks.
Coordinate accounting to clear transaction.
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
Manage and coordinate tax audits.
Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.

Job Requirement

Requirements and skills

Have experience as a Tax Leader/Manager. Used to work/take countermeasure with Tax inspect times at least.
Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
Timeline management and solving problems.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Expected personality: high proactivity and accountability
Language: Good at Japanese /English (Japanese is preferred)
Manufacturing experience is preferred
