Be a key member on Finance Project Team who responsible for analyzing existing processes/procedures related to Finance & Accounting Department and Operation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
Have a very strong sense of curiosity and questioning mindset in learning and studying new knowledge, operation processes, and way of working to propose initiatives/ ideas for the ongoing projects
Work collaboratively with the project supervisor/manager and team to maximize productivity and efficiency
Collaborate with the whole project team and key process owners/project stakeholders, contributing to the entire project life-cycle
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree with finance or accounting major
Good knowledge of inventory control and ORACLE/SAP is a plus
Good analytical and presentation skill
Good in English both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office, knowing newly-developed applications (Planners, Power Automate, Sharepoint) is a plus
Excellent in Excel, knowing Power Query/Power BI or SQL to deal with big data is a plus
