Understanding of Vietnamese standards and regulations on urban planning.
Job Requirement
Possess at minimum a graduate degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design or Architecture from a reputable university. A post-graduate degree will be an advantage.
Experience not required, but must possess a willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job.
Able to work independently and proactively without much supervision.
Able to work collaboratively in large teams and take on a leadership role in coordinating work from various disciplines such as architecture, landscape and infrastructure.
Good written and spoken English skills is a must, as there will be extensive collaboration and workshare with teammates from overseas offices.
Enthusiastic and passionate about the profession.
Possess good work and time management skills.
Good people skills will be a plus.

Proficient in using specialized software: AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Sketchup, Excel, and Word is a must. Knowledge of additional software like Lumion, Enscape, 3Dmax, Vray, and Graphic design is an advantage.
