Job Description

• Làm việc với Giám Đốc nhà máy để thiết lập quy trình vận hành kho/

Verify Collaborate with the factory manager to establish a plan for warehouse operations.

• Giám sát và quản lý kho thành phẩm, kho vật tư để đảm bảo mọi hoạt động phù hợp với quy định và mục tiêu của công ty/

Oversee and manage the warehouse and store unit to ensure efficient operations that align with company policies and objectives.

• Lê kế hoạch và giám sát kho nguyên liệu, và thành phẩm, đảm bảo việc xuất nhập hiệu quả và phù hợp

Plan and supervise the storage of raw materials and products, ensuring effective and appropriate transportation.

• Đảm bảo thời gian chuẩn bị và giao hàng cho khách đúng giờ.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of products for customer delivery.

• Quản lý ngân sách kho thành phẩm và kho vật tư để kiểm soát chi phí và hoàn thành mục tiêu đề ra

Develop and manage the budget for the warehouse and store unit to control production costs and achieve set goals.

• Đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên, hỗ trợ hướng dẫn và đề xuất quy định để thực hiện tốt nhất.

Assess subordinate performance, provide guidance, and recommend best practices and regulations.

Job Requirement

1. Đảm bảo giao hàng đủ và đúng hạn/ On time Delivery in full
2. Kiểm soát giá trị thiệt hại (nguyên liệu/ thành phẩm)/ Damage value (Raw material/FG)
3. Đảm bảo không xảy ra tại nạn trong khu vực làm việc/ Accident must be zero
4. Gắn kết nhân viên/ Employee Engagement
5. Có tầm nhìn, phân tích, thiết lập công việc, kỹ năng báo cáo và giao tiếp/ Ability to think, analyze, design work, present reports, and communicate
6. Kỹ năng quản lý/ Leadership skills
7. Kỹ năng tiếng anh/ English language
