Kế Toán Công Nợ (Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive)

Job Description

1. Công nợ phải trả

• Xử lý các nghiệp vụ công nợ thương mại và phi thương mại, đảm bảo chứng từ hợp lệ, chính xác và đúng hạn.
• Lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ kế toán theo hệ thống khoa học, dễ truy xuất.
• Hạch toán và ghi nhận bút toán theo chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam (VAS), đảm bảo số liệu chính xác và kịp thời.

2. Công nợ phải thu

• Quản lý hóa đơn điện tử đầu ra (VAT), bao gồm phát hành, đăng ký và tuân thủ quy định.
• Đảm bảo tính khớp giữa doanh thu, công nợ và thu tiền trên các hệ thống báo cáo.
• Lưu trữ hồ sơ công nợ phải thu đầy đủ, dễ dàng chuyển giao khi cần thiết.
• Hạch toán công nợ và bút toán liên quan theo chuẩn VAS.

3. Tax Compliance

• Lập báo cáo thuế GTGT, thuế nhà thầu, và giấy phép kinh doanh đúng quy định, đúng hạn.
• Cập nhật các quy định, thông tư thuế mới và đảm bảo hệ thống kế toán tuân thủ pháp luật.

4. Other tasks

• Hỗ trợ các công việc kế toán phát sinh khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

1. Accounts Payable

• Handle trade and non-trade payable transactions with full accuracy, compliance, and timely posting.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system for AP documents, ensuring easy access and backup readiness.
• Record AP and journal entries under VAS standards to ensure accurate financial reporting.

2. Accounts Receivable

• Manage VAT e-invoices: issuance, registration, and compliance activities.
• Align revenue, AR, and collection reports across systems to avoid discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized AR document system and support smooth handover when needed.
• Record AR and journal entries under VAS standards.

3. Tax Compliance

• Prepare WHT, business license, and VAT reports in full compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Stay updated on tax laws and ensure accounting practices comply with regulations.

4. Others

• Support ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

Yêu cầu

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc liên quan.
• 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
• Nắm vững quy trình kế toán, quy định thuế và hóa đơn.
• Thành thạo Excel và phần mềm kế toán.
• Tỉ mỉ, trung thực, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

Requirements

• College/University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures, tax regulations, and invoicing.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
