Benefits

Ensure all accounting documents are checked, prepared and approved properly and recognize them in the correct accounts.
General responsibility in bookkeeping and reporting of accounts receivable, accounts payable
Follow up with AR collection and AP payment and report to CA
Generating invocie receeiving invoice and account statements.
Performing account reconcilations between 2 systems
Producing monthly financial and managment reports
Investigateing and resolving any irregularities or enquireies
Tax declaration and manage tax account (VAT,PIT,FCT,CIT)
Report any risk relate to daily transaction about internal control and compliance if have

College/ University with Accountant/ Finance degree or relevant
Good communication in English / Chinese is prefer
Over 1 year's experience in a general accountant position
Have knowledge relating to tax law, account regulation
Having professional accounting capacity, being capable of summarizing and mastering the accounting
Advanced MS Excel skills and accounting system
Preferable candidates have experience in the logistics field
