Job Description:

1. Review all original vouchers to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compnce with accounting principles, business reality, and documentation requirements.
2. Perform finance and accounting processes in accordance with Group accounting policies and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), including journal entries, general ledger, sub-ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring financial das accurate, complete, and timely.
3. Review billing to ensure the reasonableness and legitimacy of revenue, costs, and expenses in line with Group HQ and local management requirements; manage accounts receivable and payable, monitor creditor balances, supervise collection activities, report overdue receivables and potential bad debts.
4. Ensure timely offsetting of collections and payments in the system, in compliance with Group verification and reconciliation policies.
5. Review system business data, support budget submissions, and execcute payments according to Group fund management regulations to safeguard company assets.

6. Issue VAT invoices, prepare and file tax declarations in compliance with Vietnamese tax laws, and ensure timely and accurate submissions while monitoring regulatory changes to prevent tax risks.
7. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting; prepare and submit statutory financial statements, tax declarations, and regulatory filings as required by VAS and local laws.
8. Organize, file, and archive accounting documents, including vouchers, ledggers, statements, audit schedules, and reconciliation reports
9. Review payroll, KPI commissions, and other employee-related expenses toensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
10. Provide financial analysis based on operational results, and comrmunicate findings and recommendations with the Subsidiary Managing Directors and Group Finance Centre.

11. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government agencies on accounting tax, and compliance matters.
12. Track changes in local business, tax, banking, and regulatory environments and provide timely updates and recommendations to the Group.

13. Supervise and support local business operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Group.
14. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or line maragement.

• Quản lý và giám sát tất cả các quy trình kế toán, tài chính để đảm bảo tính chính xác, minh bạch và tuân thủ các quy định liên quan, bao gồm Chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam (VAS) và chính sách của Tập đoàn.

• Kiểm tra và xác minh tính xác thực, hợp lệ của tất cả các chứng từ tài chính, đảm bảo tuân thủ nguyên tắc kế toán và yêu cầu kinh doanh.

• Giám sát và thực hiện việc quyết toán và báo cáo tài chính định kỳ hàng tháng, quý, năm, bao gồm việc lập báo cáo tài chính và kê khai thuế theo luật định.

• Đảm bảo xử lý doanh thu, chi phí một cách kịp thời và chính xác; quản lý công nợ phải thu, phải trả và theo dõi các khoản nợ.

• Lập và nộp hóa đơn GTGT, kê khai thuế, đồng thời cập nhật các thay đổi về quy định để giảm thiểu rủi ro thuế.

• Làm việc và phối hợp với các kiểm toán viên, cơ quan thuế, ngân hàng và các cơ quan nhà nước khác.

• Cung cấp các phân tích tài chính dựa trên kết quả hoạt động để hỗ trợ các quyết định của ban lãnh đạo.

• Sắp xếp, lưu trữ và lưu trữ một cách có hệ thống tất cả các tài liệu kế toán và tài chính.

• Theo dõi những thay đổi trong môi trường kinh doanh, thuế và các quy định tại địa phương, đồng thời đưa ra các đề xuất kịp thời cho Tập đoàn.

• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động kinh doanh và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Giám đốc tài chính.

• 管理和监督所有会计与财务流程，确保准确性、完整性，并遵守所有相关法规，包括越南会计准则（VAS）和集团政策。

• 审查和核实所有财务凭证的真实性和准确性，确保符合会计原则和业务要求。

• 监督并执行月度、季度和年度财务结账和报告，包括编制法定财务报表和税务申报。

• 确保收入、成本和费用得到及时、准确的处理，管理应收应付款项并监控收款情况。

• 编制和提交增值税发票及税务申报，随时了解法规变化以降低税务风险。

• 与外部审计师、税务机关、银行及其他政府机构进行联络和协调。

• 根据运营结果提供财务分析，以支持管理层决策。

• 系统地整理、归档和保存所有会计和财务文件。

• 跟踪当地商业、税务和监管环境的变化，并及时向集团提供建议。

• 支持业务运营并执行财务经理分配的其他任务。

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Valid Chief Accountant Certificate, as required by Vietnamese law.

• At least 3 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent role.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and other relevant regulations.

• Hands-on experience in managing a full set of accounts, tax filings, and statutory reports.

• Experience in a multinational company (logistics, trading, or service industry preferred).

• Fluent in written and spoken English and/or Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with the Finance Manager and Headquarters.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

• A detail-oriented, proactive, and independent working style, with the ability to coordinate effectively with management.

• High integrity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Yêu cầu Công việc:

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc các ngành liên quan.

• Có Chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.

• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán, trong đó có tối thiểu 2 năm ở vị trí Kế toán trưởng hoặc tương đương.

• Nắm vững Chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam (VAS), Thuế Thu nhập doanh nghiệp, Thuế GTGT và các quy định liên quan khác.

• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc quản lý bộ sổ sách kế toán, kê khai thuế và các báo cáo theo luật định.

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các công ty quốc tế (ưu tiên ngành logistics, thương mại hoặc dịch vụ).

• Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh và/hoặc tiếng Trung (viết và nói) để giao tiếp hiệu quả với Giám đốc Tài chính và Trụ sở chính.

• Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm kế toán và MS Office, đặc biệt là Excel.

• Phong cách làm việc tỉ mỉ, chủ động, độc lập và có khả năng phối hợp hiệu quả với ban lãnh đạo.

• Có phẩm chất trung thực, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc và khả năng hoàn thành công việc đúng hạn, chịu được áp lực cao.

• 会计、金融或相关领域的学士学位。

• 持有越南法律规定的有效总会计师证书。

• 至少3年会计工作经验，其中至少2年担任总会计师或同等职务。

• 熟练掌握越南会计准则（VAS）、企业所得税、增值税及其他相关法规。

• 拥有管理全套账目、税务申报和法定报告的实际操作经验。

• 具备跨国公司工作经验（物流、贸易或服务行业优先）。

• 精通中英文（书面和口语），能够与财务经理和总部进行有效沟通。

• 熟练使用会计软件和MS Office，尤其是Excel。

• 工作细致、积极主动、能够独立工作并与管理层有效协调。

• 具备高度正直、出色的解决问题能力，并能够在压力下按时完成任务。
