1. 負責新產品試產流程並掌握進度
2. 協調並整合試產所需相關測試與驗證評估
3. 協助工廠規劃測試設備與治具
4. 試產階段之異常處理並確保產品順利生產
5. 提供產品設計相關建議以利後續生產
6. 持續分析產品測試log，維持產品生產穩定性
7. 作為台灣RD &工廠的橋樑，協助做好DFM & DFA的流程與機制
1. Overseeing the trial production process of new products
2. Coordinate and integrate relevant tests and verification required for trial production.
3. Assist factory in planning test equipment and fixture.
4. Handle issues at trial production stage to ensure smooth production flow.
5. Provide relevant suggestions at design stage to facilitate subsequent production process.
6. Analyze product test logs continuously to maintain production stability.
7. As a bridge between Taiwan RD & factories, assist in implementing the process and mechanism of DFM & DFA.

1. Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt 具備良好溝通能力
2. Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế, phát triển và xác minh sản phẩm 具備產品設計開發驗證經驗
3. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về kỹ thuật sản phẩm SI 具備SI 產品工程相關經驗尤佳
4. Quen thuộc với pro-E, Auto-Cad và các phần mềm khác 熟悉pro-E、Auto-Cad等軟體
5. Quen thuộc với các mạch kỹ thuật số và analog và có kinh nghiệm kỹ năng phân tích 熟悉數位及類比電路並有分析能力
6. Quen thuộc Các thiết bị cơ bản như máy hiện sóng & máy phát tín hiệu 熟悉示波器&訊號產生器等基礎設備
7. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết tiếng Trung/Anh/Việt 具備中文/英文/越南文聽說讀寫能力者尤佳
