Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify training needs for building the L&D Plan on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Compose Training Standard Operation Process (SOP) to guide Training Officer and other Depts in training process.
• Develop learning pathways based on competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans, and Career Pathways for each position/department.
• Plan, organize, develop training materials and implement a range of training activities.
• Organize internal training sessions/workshops/onboarding.
• Coordinate the training of soft skills and specialized vocational courses for employees assigned to various departments.
• Develop, improve and redesign the quality and contents of training programs in order to enhance employee’s skills if needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report to higher management.
