You will be instrumental in implementing strategic plans and developing business within your assigned territory. Your role will focus on expanding our reach with learning and assessment products and services, nurturing existing relationships, and tapping into new opportunities to support our growth.

About the role
As an L&A Consultant, your contributions will directly influence our financial success. You'll:
Drive revenue and profitability in your territory by promoting Cambridge English solutions. Engage in proactive customer visits, providing expert advice on our comprehensive learning solutions.
Offer ongoing support to our existing customer base to maximise revenue across our product range. Develop a robust pipeline of leads to secure future growth.
Utilise Salesforce for meticulous planning and to monitor your business development efforts.
Partner with Marketing to enhance Cambridge certificates' recognition and support local promotional activities. Serve as the customer's advocate, gathering market insights and feedback to inform our product strategies.
Uphold our ethical standards, ensuring compliance with Cambridge University Press and Assessment's values.
Job Requirement
You will embody our organisational values of collaboration, empowerment, innovation, and responsibility. You will bring strong product knowledge, customer focus, a solutions-oriented mindset, and excellent organisational and consultative selling skills.
You will hold a degree-level education and understanding of the local educational system. A background in sales or marketing within the education sector, enriched with sales/marketing experience. Additionally;
You will demonstrate native proficiency in the local language and at least B2 level English proficiency. Exceptional communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
You will possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). The ability to think on your feet, creatively solving problems as they arise.
You will bring a self-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
