1. Learning and Development
Work with HRBP, Department Heads and HR leaders to develop and implement learning and development processes (assessing competency development needs, developing learning methods and solutions, functional trainer development, training delivery and administration) to ensure they meet short- and long-term business objectives.
Work with HRBP, Department Heads and L&D team to build and update Training Framework and communicate to all employees.
Support the implementation of new learning methods to ensure efficient and continuous innovation in learning and development.
Deliver training based on Business Units’ content and guidelines, building a premier onboarding experience for new joiners and setting the standard on knowledge and behavior, contributing towards a positive culture and workplace of choice.
Manage training catalogue and ensure learning records are captured digitally (Teams).
Develop in-house trainer capabilities and promote exploring and implementing new digital learning methods.
Contribute to the instruction and presentation of training courses and assess how effectively different methods and materials are at encouraging interaction and participation
Develop a positive relationship with all employees. Promote direct communication and positive rapport amongst employees and managers, encouraging an environment for continual learning & development.
Monitor and evaluate employee training progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards.
Manage employee's growth and their learning & development journey from onboarding through ongoing development
Work with HRBP about employee onboarding/orientation including the assessment of needs and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding orientation that enables employee's success
Propose ideas for engagement activities related to learning and development to enhance values, culture and performance.
2. Talent Management
Coordinate with HRBP, Head of Departments to define a talent pool and succession planning for the company.
Providing research, analysis, and interpretation across multiple businesses and markets, then leverage that insight to decide and implement talent strategies
Develop sustainable program for talent growth
Define and identify strategic capabilities required by the business and track individuals who possess them
Develop, refine and implement the Performance Appraisal Process in collaboration with the company strategy
Coordinate with HRBP regarding the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans and performance improvement plans.
3. LMS Development & Digital Learning Management
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support company-wide learning and performance initiatives.
Design and manage digital learning content, including e-learning modules, training videos, assessment tools, and technical tests for employees.
Ensure seamless integration of the LMS with performance management and talent development processes.
Analyze training data and LMS analytics to track learner engagement, training effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize the user experience.
4. Reporting and Human resources support
Track budgets for all costs associated with training and detailed reports to justify expenditure for reporting to executive management.
Develop and maintain training tracking including participation, costs and return on investment (ROI).
Provide monthly training & develop reports to BU and Group’s management team and heads of departments.
Support recruitment activities during times of peak demand.
Perform special projects as needed to ensure HR service delivery to the business.
5. Team development
Recruit, train and manage the performance of the L&D teams
Provide direction, guidance, and leadership to the teams to deliver the expected outcomes from the function
Set, monitor, and report on the function’ objectives to the management team
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Administration related Degree
Training consultant Agency, Training partner, Institution, Headhunter... (Preferable)
At least 8 years Human Resources experience, ideally within a foreign company and 3- 5 years’ experience in management role.
Experience of online learning solutions and digital learning methods (e.g. mobile learning)
Experience with the school collaboration and apprentice program.
Experience with Training Needs Analysis and writing training material.
Track record in executing successful competency development programs
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and influencing skills, ability to manage stakeholders and work with virtual teams
Ability to identify learning development needs and translate the needs into competency development plans for various functions and units
Experience and ability to facilitate workshops / planning meetings with various stakeholders
Ability to plan and manage time effectively
Has a collaborative mindset and works well with virtual teams
Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures and practices
Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities
Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and regulations
Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and comply to tight schedules
Good working attitude
