Leasing Officer - Sales

Job Description

Primary Objective:

• Attract more customers to visit the Shopping Center (SC)
• Support the tenants for the best sales performance and maximize sales revenues of each store.
• Utilize assets and earn other income

Key Activities:

• Leasing contract management
• Planning and implementation for getting SC income
• Planning and implementation of sales promotions

Roles and responsibilities:

Planning and implementation for getting SC income

•Plan and implement the short term event

•Plan and implement for getting SC income (ex. Storage, Advertisement etc.)

•Manage the contracts.

Planning and implementation of sales promotions

•Analyze data such as sales and rent of tenants, and use it to make improvements

•Plan and implement sales promotions.

•Communicate with the store managers of each tenant

Others

Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirement

•Bachelor Degree (Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields)

•At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields.

•Good computer skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel)

•Good analytical skills

•Good communication skills

•Experience in Retail business is preferred
