Job Description

1. Administrative

- Travel documentation – track and monitor Travel Records vs Travel Budget.

- Travel expense claim – prepare and submit expense claims.

- Booking of Flight and Travel Plan.

- Booking of meeting venue and schedule.

- Inventory record and upkeeping.

2. Operational – Projects & Facilities Management Services

- Raise Purchase Request / Purchase Order (PR/PO)

- Process payment to vendors

- Documentation of PR/PO and Payment records.

- Records keeping.

3. Legal

- Document control and records keeping.

- Liaison and coordination of meetings.

- Proof reading of document.

- Miscellaneous administrative

4. Facilities Management

- Applications and Forms records keeping.

- Safety PPE / Equipment inventory record keeping.

- Complain/Feedback receipt/tracking/monitoring.

- Miscellaneous administrative.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law or English;
  • Experience: Over 2 years experience in Corporate Real Estates Services and construction project;
  • Language: Fluency in English or Chinese;
  • Knowledge and skills: Good interpersonal skills, independent, responsibility, polite and responsive
