Legal Manager

Job Description

Advice, monitor and control all legal and compliance aspects of the entire company

Provide advice and update to the management team on regulatory development

Ensure that the company complies with applicable regulations and requirements

Consult and supervise all company agreements

Execution of the compliance related training for employees

Support local business functions in their interactions with external parties’ Compliance Officers and auditors

Manage and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies

Work with other department on compliance, employee relations, and core operations

Legal documents and contracts

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

THE RIGHT

More than 5 years of work experience as a legal executive or legal expert

Must be proficient in writing English

Fully understand local filing and filing laws, regulations, requirements, and procedures

Have a good relationships with regulatory agencies and government agencies

Strong legal drafting skills and experience in contract review

Knowledgeable on local and international industrial codes, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations in Vietnam

STANDARD COMPETENCIES

Candidates graduated from Law University

Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company is a must

Good communication skill

Ethical practice

Good at planning and execution

Ability for consultation
