Handling arising issues in business operations, including commercial, IP, investment, and export-related matters
Providing legal advice and identifying risks in business operations, liaising with government authorities when necessary
Other legal tasks as assigned by the BOD

Bachelor’s degree in law faculty.
At least 1 years experience in commercial and corporate laws or cosmetics field.
Experience in manufacture company, compliance field is an advantage.
Fluency in both oral and written English
Skill on to research and raise conclusions from legal regulations.
Able to work under pressure, pro-active, positive in work
