Document Review: Review company documents to identify and mitigate legal risks, ensure legal compliance, and address internal violations. Propose and develop company policies and legal standards.
Legal Research: Conduct legal research to stay updated on new regulations and ensure compliance with the latest laws.
Legal Procedure Implementation: Implement legal procedures such as ERC, IRC, BORC, etc.
Document Translation: Translate legal documents to ensure accurate communication and understanding of legal matters.
Agreement Negotiation: Participate in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements, internal regulations, applications, POA, and other legal documents.
Legal Advice: Provide legal advice to the MC, BOD, departments, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies on legal issues, and assist in resolving legal disputes.
Coordination with Authorities: Collaborate with relevant authorities on legal matters and compliance.
Legal Proceedings: Represent the company in legal proceedings, including disputes at courts, arbitration, or other venues.
Report Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal reporting requirements, submitting necessary reports under applicable laws.
Project Participation: Be part of project teams for new projects, work with external law firms, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Legal Director & General Director.
