Job Description

• Lead the soft collections team
• Layout the policies and processes and take actions to encourage timely payments or defaults
• Allocation of cases to the team to set collections target, planning and monitoring it regularly
• Analyze and investigate historical data for a better understanding of consumer behavior
• Take action for resolving customer issues
