We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of listing management on e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in product listings while improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage listing creation, updates, merging, splitting, and moderation based on customer feedback.
Listing Creation & Updates
Supervise the setup of new product listings and implement necessary updates to existing listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines.
Listing Combination & Split
Manage the consolidation and differentiation of listings to optimize product variations while ensuring proper categorization through listing splits when needed.
Listing Moderation & Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve listing discrepancies based on customer feedback to ensure alignment between product expectations and actual received items.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure that all product listings adhere to platform regulations, company policies, and marketplace best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Merchandising, Branding, Product, and Customer Support teams to maintain smooth listing operations.
Process Optimization
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for listing management to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze listing performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Training
Lead and mentor a team of listing coordinators, ensuring high standards of execution and accuracy in all listing activities.
Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field.
Skills
Strong operational expertise with the ability to efficiently execute listing tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving listing discrepancies.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when managing high volumes of listings.

Experience
