Benefits

Align/Arrange/Communicate shipping schedule with customer/planning base on open order.
Handle all process for all export shipments (including Booking, Shipping, Invoice).
Handle any problem with forwarder/customs
Align/Arrange/Communicate with Warehouse/Forwarder to release export shipment on time.
Check and arrange payment to forwarder
Manage full set of export document and file the record.
Preparation documents to get C/O from government, send to customer
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Graduated from University or College in Economics, Import-Export, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
Experience: Minimum of 01 year of experience in customs declaration using the ECUS system;
Proficiency in English and strong computer skills;
Be careful, hard-working, willing-to-learn.
