      Job Description

      • Booking sales in SAP ( create sale contract, sales, outbound, billing)
      • Checking Debit note for logistics cost (forwarding cost for import and export) monthly
      • Collecting logistics documents to submit to accounting and keeping customs documents internally
      • Preparing samples and arranging to send out samples, documents
      • Following and import some samples from oversea vendor
      • Checking Daily report and create loading instruction to team
      • Some unnamed tasks (checking export stock in SAP,…)

      Job Requirement

      • Graduated at least from College & above.
      • Experience with minimum 1-2 years
      • Knowledge about food product manufacturing field
      • Good communication both spoken and written
      • Computer: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
      • English: intermediate communication
