Job Description

• Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to arrange loading schedules and delivery plans.
• Be responsible for export documentation of export shipments (including CO if assigned).
• Check and negotiate with forwarders to obtain competitive prices for export-related services (optional as assigned by the direct manager).
• Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to arrange customs clearance and delivery plans to the factory.
• Be responsible for preparing documents for import shipments as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirement

• Graduated from college & above major on Economic/Accounting/Foreign Trade or related field.
• At least 1 year experience as the same position.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of Logistics or Accounting.
• Good at communication and teamwork spirit.
• Withstand high work pressure.
• Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint), good excel & VNACCS software are required
